Osmosis Skin Care has come out with 2 new products for pigmentation. Restore Internal and Restore Topical. Dr. Ben Johnson just recently created these new products for that stubborn problem, pigmentation. He suggests using both products for the best results.

Osmosis Skin Care has just updated their Enlighten for pigmentation. Dr. Johnson the creator of Osmosis wants to bring his clients the very best products possible.
Osmosis Skin Care took the Retinaldehyde out of Enlighten. Now it dramatically lightens the skin due to its many liposome-coated tyrosinase inhibitors which gets down into the basal layer which is more effective. Now it not only lightens the pigmentation it calms inflammation, remodels scarring from photodamage, restores dermal thickness, hydrates the skin and protects against UV rays.

Osmosis Skin Care has been making changes in some of their products. For Rosacea you had the choice of Mend as a product you used when you were new to the line. Calm was the product you moved up to once your skin adjusted to Mend.
Now Dr. Johnson has lowered the amount of retinaldehyde in the Calm and “Calm has replaced Mend” No more Mend. The new Calm is more gentle and will give even better results that you received from Mend.
Dr. Johnson has a strong belief in not traumatizing the skin by using harsh products that can affect the skins barriers. That is why he is now lowering the amount of retinaldehyde in his products. Osmosis Skin Care has some changes to their existing products. Dr. Johnson the creator of Osmosis through his research, wants to bring clients the best results for their skin care needs.
As I have been sharing with you, there are some changes with Osmosis. I will only tell you what is important now and then update you as the other changes come through.
First of all, for all you Boost lovers, Osmosis is not going to continue making Boost. Why? Some skin can tolerate Boost. Osmosis feels it works best when use with other balanced botanicals. People tend to use too much Boost and not enough of their other serums, Osmosis now suggests you use 3 pumps of Renew to replace Boost. There is enough Boost for another 3 or 4 weeks in inventory. Then it will be finished. If you want to purchase Boost, now is the time. It is an excellent product, and everyone was very apprehensive to stop making it. There are not many excellent products like Boost for home use.
Shelter is much improved. Now it is 30 SPF and easier to apply. They have added more anti-oxidants and less zinc. It smells divine, is lighter and more moisturizing.
Refresh PM is in its new tube. It is more hydrating and plumping. They have removed the retinaldehyde to make it less irritating to some skin. You may also use it on the lips and add a little to your Quench to make it a heavy moisturizer.
Now to confuse you. Mend is no longer going to be made as Mend. It is going to be called Calm. Calm will be Mend, only with a different name. So when you are ready for Mend, you will order Calm. The new Calm is not ready yet, so the regular formula Calm is still available.
Osmosis has merged Mend and Calm because they want to make sure that the end-user gets a balanced assortment of beneficial ingredients with each application. If/When the client can increase the amount of actives in their regimen, they will better tolerate Catalyst and StemFactor if they have no more than the therapeutic dose of retinaldehyde in their skin.
New Tip: Adding Skin Nutrition powder to your regimen also dramatically improves their overall outcome and Digestive Health and Clear Skin will help heal the cause of rosacea for many clients as well.

I was talking to Dr. Ben Johnson at the recent skin care show in Long Beach Ca. I was asking him about Boost. Dr. Johnson said that Boost is the strongest of all the Osmosis products. If you want to use Boost, you need to apply more than one bump for best results. Boost is strong, and great for anti-aging and to even out the skin tone. It does not have the same nutrients as Renew does.
Renew contains Retinaldehyde and nutrients 1,3 Beta Glucan, GHK copper peptides and more. Great for anti-aging, acne, smaller pores and to remodel the skin.
I asked Dr. Johnson if we would benefit by using a pump of Boost and a pump of Renew for a combination of strong retinaldehyde and the nutrients of Renew. He agreed it would be a good treatment. It is not for everyone. Your skin must be accustomed to the Osmosis products. This treatment is not for beginners.
You need to find out by a skin care professional such as myself which products are best to start out on. As your skin progresses, you may add a new Osmosis product for ever better results.

Osmosis Skin Care has some wonderful powders that you mix each time you use them, so they are always fresh. Vitamin C will oxidize when it is in a serum form. When you use the Osmosis Vitamin C powder Blend with Clear, it will be fresh each time you use it. I personally just mix a little in the palm of my hand and apply it.
Try using the Vitamin C daily on the areas of your face that needs a little TLC. It may be for discoloration or anti-aging. Use it before using your other products so it penetrates into the skin.
Osmosis just increased the amount of the powder, so it will last you for many months to come. It comes in a tightly closed jar. It will go a long ways.

It is important to use your Osmosis Skin Care Products correctly. I receive so many emails daily from people that have purchased the products and do not have a clue how to use them. Even other estheticians. They need guidance on how to use the products on their clients. I am happy to help.

Osmosis Skin Care has new packaging. It looks good and the new pumps should be problem free. It is a very clean look. For now, the labels were printed in error and it says to wash the products off after applying. That is not correct. Continue using the products as you always have. Leave the products on the skin.
There is a sticker on the wrapping that tells you this, but once the wrapping is removed, the information is gone. I just wanted the dedicated Osmosis customers to be aware of this.
The powder blends also had a price increase, but you are receiving 20 grams now, so much more product.

If you are a loyal Osmosis Skin Care customer, these are the two products for your anti-aging needs. You are giving your skin nutrition, peptides and 157 epidermal growth factors. There is nothing like it out there in the skin care world.
When you are first starting out with the Osmosis Skin Care line, you want to start slowly. I would alternate the Catalyst and Stem Factor. One in the AM and one in the PM. Do this for several weeks. You will notice significant improvement in your skin. Once your skin has adjusted, you may use a pump of each and apply to the skin AM and PM. Within days you will look so amazing. I actually had people telling me I never looked better.
Catalyst is very healing on the skin. Very beneficial for pigmentation, and most skin care issues. StemFactor is ahead of its time in turning back the clock on aging.
