I was talking to Dr. Ben Johnson at the recent skin care show in Long Beach Ca. I was asking him about Boost. Dr. Johnson said that Boost is the strongest of all the Osmosis products. I am asked how to use Osmosis products. They are very effective for all skin types and conditions. Rosacea, anti-aging, melasma, sun damage, acne and more.

It is best to start slowly in the beginning until the skin has adjusted to the products. Once your skin has been acclimated to the products, you may layer them. I like to use the treatment serums first and then add Replenish, Quench, and Shelter (sunscreen). If you have pigmentation, add Enlighten first, so it is closest to the condition, then add Renew, Replenish and so on.

For Rosacea the Calm is the proper product to use. Since Osmosis products are so active, it is sometimes best to start with the starter products. Correct instead of Renew and Mend instead of Calm. Both are excellent and about 1/2 the strength of the Renew and Calm.
